2. CRAFT BOOTH GUIDELINES

Includes the following:

  • Exhibition Space - 5’ D X 5’ W X 5’6” H

  • 1 Writing Table - 20.75” D X 47"W x 38"H

  • 2 Stools - 27” H

  • 1 Booth ID Sign - 30” W x 8” H

Please note that all decor items must fit comfortably inside or on top of the writing desk provided and shall not exceed the height restrictions of 5’6”.


 

Booth ID Sign

You will be sent a form in which you will submit the text of your Exhibiting Brand name to be printed on your Booth ID sign.

Please submit this form by Friday, August 23rd.

For your convenience, we will also be sending weekly deliverables reminders to the exhibitor point of contact listed on your contract that will include the Booth ID Form link. If you have questions regarding the submission of your Booth ID Sign, please contact onboarding@hallofflowers.com.

 

 

Booth Display Rules

Booth Fixtures
All Craft Stand fixtures must be able to comfortably fit inside or on top of the writing desk provided within your designated booth space. Approved fixtures include items like florals, framed photos, display products, product packaging, marketing materials, business cards, iPads or laptops, and other similar items.

Nothing can be attached to, adhered to, or draped over the provided desk & stools. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any fixtures or items that do not meet these specified requirements may be subject to removal by show management.

Furniture Removal
We must receive furniture removal requests no later than August, 21st 2024, or else we will have to charge a penalization fee.

Internet
Hall of Flowers provides WiFi free of charge to all Exhibitors onsite. Details available upon arrival.

Not Allowed


Booth Area Limit
In order to keep sight lines within the show clear, no decor or display items shall exceed 5' 6" in height.

To maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment, Hall of Flowers provides Craft Booth exhibitors with a writing desk, 2 stools, & a Booth ID Sign.

All floor-standing fixtures are strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to, free-standing shelving or display units, clothing racks, meter boards, pull-up signs, TV stands, draping or backdrops, balloon arrangements, flags and folding tables.

Sound
Music, amplified sound or audio of any kind is not allowed. If you have a video playing the sound must be turned off. You can use headphones if you want attendees to hear audio from promo videos, etc.

Food or Beverages
Absolutely no food or beverages, including non-medicated cannabis samples, may be distributed or sold at the show without a temporary food facility (TFF) permit issued by the local County Health Department, and prior written approval from HOF. Please contact onboarding@hallofflowers.com for additional information.

Marketing Materials
ALL printed marketing materials MUST comply with the Department of Cannabis Control guidelines. Distribution of marketing and promotional materials is strictly limited to inside the Exhibitor’s booth space. Exhibitor staff or representatives may NOT place or distribute materials of any kind outside of their booth space. Materials include but are not limited to flyers, postcards, brochures, stickers & promotional materials of any kind.

 

Fire Regulations

**If you are a Boutique booth that has been pre-approved by Hall of Flowers to bring in custom fixtures, please be sure to abide by the following fire regulations.

Inherently Fire Retardant or Flame Retardant Treatment

  • All decorations, drapes, signs, banners, plastic displays, hay, straw, moss, split bamboo, and other similar materials must be flame retardant to the satisfaction of the fire department and the state fire marshal.

  • Table coverings must be flame retardant treated unless they lay flat, with an overhang no greater than 6”.

  • Oilcloth, tar paper, sisal paper, nylon, orlon and certain other plastic materials cannot be made flame retardant and their use is prohibited.

  • A certificate of flame resistance shall be available for review by the fire marshal or on file with the fire marshal for all decorative materials. This is the responsibility of the exhibitor to have their fire paperwork available & in order.


Combustibles
No display, exhibit, or temporary construction shall be built of highly combustible material.

Literature on display shall be kept limited to reasonable quantities. Reserve supplies shall be kept in closed containers and stored in a neat and compact manner.

No cardboard boxes or any other combustible materials may be stored on top of or near any electrical wiring in the spaces behind the back-wall drapery (booth) or behind any display.

Obstructions
Aisles designated on approved show floor plans shall be kept clean, clear and free of obstructions. Booth constructions shall be substantial and fixed into position in specified areas for the duration of the show. Chairs, easels, signs and demonstration areas shall not be placed beyond booth areas into aisles.
