STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOP) FOR
NABIS DELIVERING YOUR CANNABIS GOODS FOR SALE

Distribution Services

Nabis Distribution works in partnership with Hall of Flowers to provide free services for brands selling cannabis at our events, including intake of Cannabis Goods for Sale, warehouse storage in a climate controlled secure facility, and transport of goods to the show. Even if Nabis is not your current distributor, you can still work with them at Hall of Flower free of charge.

Exhibitors using Hall of Flowers onsite dispensary or selling direct from their booth using the Meadow Full Service with an Assigned Retailer option are required to submit Cannabis Goods for Sale through Nabis. All others can choose to either use Nabis or to work with any other licensed distributor.

To submit your Cannabis Goods for Sale via Nabis, you must adhere to all of the deadlines and guidelines listed below. Nabis intake will take place one week prior to the show, at specific locations in Northern California and Southern California (see below for details).

To submit your Cannabis Goods for Sale through a different distributor (not Nabis), please follow these deadlines and guidelines in the SOP for Using Your Own Distribution License or Partner.

Steps to Follow for Distributing to Nabis

  1. Book Your Product Intake Appointment

Exhibitors are responsible for compliantly coordinating the distribution of their Cannabis Goods for Sale to one of two Nabis distribution facilities. Nabis will not be picking up cannabis goods, only receiving products.

Product intake is by appointment only and NO product will be accepted after 4pm on the last day of product intake.

To book your Product Intake appointment, complete this Nabis Distribution Form by September 9th.

If your brand currently partners with Nabis for distribution, you must submit the Cannabis Distribution Form above in addition to submitting an order through your Nabis account. Nabis can then fulfill that order from your existing inventory.

If your brand does not currently partner with Nabis for distribution, submit the Cannabis Distribution Form above, and Nabis will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. If you do not receive an email for your product intake appointment, or have questions, please contact help@nabis.com.

To complete the Distribution form you will need the following information:

Retail License Number & Legal Business Entity (In booth sales only)
Exhibitor Onsite Contact Information
Distributor Contact Information
SKU Qty, Unit Qty & Packaging information for Day 1 & Day 2 cannabis goods being delivered to Nabis

*Please note that Nabis is offering a convenient complementary solution for any exhibitors that have cannabis goods designated for sale on Day 2 that remain unsold after the show. Nabis can return these products to the distribution warehouse where the product was received, after which brands can coordinate with their distributor to pick up the products and return them to inventory. Exhibitors who wish to take advantage of this service will need to opt in when completing the Nabis distribution form.

2. Packaging and PRODUCT Limits

CANNABIS GOODS FOR SALE SUBMITTED TO NABIS SHOULD NOT EXCEED THE ABOVE LIMITS.

Nabis will store all inventory in temperature-controlled warehouses and vehicles. However, no frozen products can be accepted.

All boxes delivered to Nabis must be sealed and clearly labeled with the following information:

  • “DAY 1” PRODUCTS” or “DAY 2 PRODUCTS”

  • “Dispensary” or “In Booth Sales”

  • # of cases (1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc)

  • Brand Name

  • Description of Items (Blue Dream 3.5g Jars)

  • Batch #/UID (Batch#: BD3.5)

  • # of units

Nabis will not open any cases. Nabis will be verifying that the labeled item descriptions and quantities on the boxes match the METRC transfer.

CANNABIS GOODS FOR SALE SHALL NOT BE LABELED AS TRADE SAMPLES, AND MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH DCC PACKAGING & LABELING REQUIREMENTS.

3. Prepare Your METRC Manifests & COA’s (Required in Hard Copy upon intake)

METRIC MANIFESTS

Please submit two (2) separate METRC TRANSFERS to Nabis; 1 transfer for “Day 1” products, 1 transfer for “Day 2” products.

The Nabis team will receive the transfers and then create two transfers from their license to either your retail partner or the on-site dispensary as appropriate. Do not send a wholesale manifest to Nabis.

Please note that each brand must have its own separate METRC manifest.

Use the license information below to enter the transaction into the METRC system.

Please keep your blue METRC tags paper-clipped with the METRC transfer manifest upon delivery.
